SESSION
DESCRIPTION
No basic skill is more
important than the ability to relate to and get along with other
people. Persons with good communication and interpersonal skills
are more productive; they find it easier to relate to a wider
range of people and therefore gain quicker endorsement of their
products, services, and ideas.
The Interpersonal Insight workshop
helps participants learn to positively influence others and gain
their cooperation by teaching them how to identify and
adapt to 4 distinct interpersonal styles (Intuitor, Feeler,
Thinker and Senser). Based on Myers-Briggs and research done
by Jung and McClelland, this program will not only improve interpersonal
sensitivity and relations, but will also provide insights into
how to communicate and listen more effectively, how to reduce
conflict, and how to welcome diversity in the workplace.
SESSION
OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of
this program participants will be able to:
Determine
their own "interpersonal style."
Identify
and be able to adapt to the interpersonal styles of others.
Identify
common barriers to effective communication and listening.
Discover
how "frame of reference" and "diversity"
influence communications.
Identify
inappropriate biases & prejudices that may impacting communication.

fees are $750 per half day, $1,500 for a full day (plus expenses).
