DESCRIPTION
To be successful one must be able to communicate his ideas and
opinions forcefully and persuasively. Yet many managers and executives
have never fully developed their presentation skills. This program
provides participants will opportunities to practice several
key skills (e.g., eye contact, gestures, visual aids, organization
of a presentation, etc.)
SESSION
OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this program participants will be able to:
Identify
personal presentation skill that enhance performance
Identify
personal mannerisms that distract from their presentations
Reduce
nervous mannerisms and tension
Prepare
persuasive presentations with strong openings, bodies and conclusions
Analyze
key audience issues prior to designing a presentation
Design
visual aids that will enhance their presentations
Conduct
and control question and answer periods
