SESSION
DESCRIPTION
Stress in the workplace is recognized as an ever-present, ever-increasing
danger--a byproduct of advances in technology and changes in
our economic and social systems. Stress has been clearly linked
to the frightening increase in the number of persons suffering
heart attacks and strokes, and to the number of people plagued
with high blood pressure. This program removes much of the mystique
about stress and its impact on employees. It helps to identify
the sources of stress in the workplace and provides clear practical
strategies for dealing with stress.
