SESSION
DESCRIPTION
This day long program is especially effective for persons who
must work on projects together (homogeneous work groups). The
workshop gives participants a chance to explore the advantages
of team work and to understand the dynamics involved whenever
people must work together. During the session participants examine
the common reasons for team failure, how teams form and develop,
how synergy can be encouraged, and how intra and inter
team effectiveness can be improved. Other areas of discussion
include conflict, group problem solving, etc.

specific strategies for helping teams function more effectively
